Adding a new member to the plant family....

Yash Papers Ltd successfully commissioned new Pith Pellet Plant.
The main benefits of Pith Pelletization are to fully utilize 50% moist bagasse pith. Moisture is reduced from pith to 10% by rotary drum dryer and further compressed in pellet machines to smaller sizes of 10 mm.
Bagasse Pith with 2,100 NCV is increased to 4,200 Kcal/Kg NCV with 90% dryness for a substitute to rice husk fuel, and will be efficiently fired in boilers without any unburnt carryover or back-firing.
The project was built in 70 days with a capacity of 75 TPD pith (30 TPD dry pellets) with a cost of Rs. 136 Lacs, with ROI of 27 months.
Yash papers plan to add similar plants soon to fully pelletize its pith generation.

Also. the presence of town's dignitaries Mr. Ravi Singh DFO and Brigade Gyanodaya made the evening more special. The event was followed by gala dinner.
